Confirmed before you roll
Every load goes out on a written rate confirmation with the pickup, delivery, accessorials and detention terms on it. No rate changes after the fact.
Canada & United States · Freight brokerage · USDOT 3508130
We broker full truckload freight anywhere in Canada and the United States — coast to coast, cross-border, and everywhere in between. If you run a truck, we keep it loaded, with a dispatcher who picks up and a rate agreed before you roll.
Dispatch answers 24 hours — including weekends and holidays.

Coverage
Every city here is somewhere we book freight — domestic Canada, domestic US, and both directions across the border. Tell dispatch where you'll be empty and we work from there, not from a home terminal.
For carriers
Small fleets don't leave a broker over one bad load — they leave over silence. We built the desk around the three things drivers actually ask for: answer the phone, confirm the rate in writing, and pay when you said you would.
Every load goes out on a written rate confirmation with the pickup, delivery, accessorials and detention terms on it. No rate changes after the fact.
You take the loads that work for your truck and your hours. Turn one down and the next one still comes — we don't punish a no.
You get a named contact who knows your equipment, your home base and where you like to reload — reachable after hours when a shipper runs late.
Send the signed bill of lading and the invoice and the clock starts. Quick-pay is available, and we'll tell you the terms up front — not after you've hauled it.
Carrier setup
Most carriers are set up the same day the packet comes back. Nothing here is a portal you have to learn — it's a packet, a certificate, and a phone call.
Email your operating authority, W-9 or GST number, and void cheque or direct-deposit form. We'll send our carrier agreement back to sign.
Have your broker list DTS Freight Systems Ltd as certificate holder. Cargo and auto liability both have to be current.
Where you're based, what you pull, and where you want to end the week. That's what the dispatcher works from when a load posts.
Rate confirmation by email, tracking updates by phone or app, and paperwork straight back to dispatch when you're empty.
Equipment
Full truckload is the core of the desk — dry van and temperature-controlled, domestic in either country and both ways across the border. Flatbed and specialized move on the same lanes when the freight calls for it.
Cross-border paperwork is handled at the desk — PARS and PAPS numbers issued to the driver ahead of time, with the customs broker copied, at whichever crossing the routing puts you on.
Requirements
For shippers
We cover any lane in Canada and the United States, with a vetted carrier base built up over years of running them. You get one point of contact for the quote, the pickup and the tracking — and every truck we put under your freight has been through the same insurance and authority check.
Carrier questions
If it isn't here, call the desk — someone will actually answer, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a callback.
Most carriers are approved the same business day the packet comes back. We need your operating authority, a certificate of insurance naming DTS Freight Systems Ltd as certificate holder, your W-9 or GST registration, and banking details. Once the carrier agreement is signed it covers every load after it — you never fill the packet out twice.
The clock starts when we have the signed bill of lading and your invoice. Payment terms are stated on the carrier agreement before you sign it, and quick-pay is available. Ask the dispatcher for the terms on your first load — we'd rather tell you up front than have you find out after you've hauled it.
No. You take the loads that suit your truck, your hours and where you want to end the week. Turning one down doesn't affect what you get offered next.
No. Every load goes out on a written rate confirmation listing the pickup, the delivery, accessorials and detention terms. What's on that document is what you're paid. If the shipper changes the work, we reissue the confirmation before you do it.
Call dispatch as soon as you know. Detention terms are on your rate confirmation, and we chase it with the customer rather than leaving you to argue at the dock. The same applies to a late or missing appointment — tell us early and we'll rework it.
Both directions, regularly. PARS and PAPS numbers go to the driver ahead of the crossing with the customs broker copied, so the paperwork is waiting rather than being sorted out at the booth. You need active authority for whichever country you're running into.
Dry van and temperature-controlled are the bulk of the desk, plus flatbed and step deck, container drayage, and expedited or team runs. If you pull something specialized, tell the dispatcher — it's worth knowing when the right freight comes up.
Dispatch
Fastest way to get loaded is the phone. If you'd rather send your packet first, email it and we'll have you set up before you're empty.
